Our Services

Southern Electronics & Security System was established in 1993 in Tellicherry, Kerala. We began as a manufacturer of various types of security alarm systems for both commercial and residential purposes.

Within few years, our company grew into a leading electronic security firm in North Kerala by providing novel security solutions to various banks, houses, temples, and other commercial organizations. Production and supply of electronic shock baton for the Kerala Police department in the year 2003 turned out to be a stepping stone for the success of Southern Electronic Systems. The installation and maintenance of public CCTV traffic surveillance systems by Southern Electronics on a BuiltOperate-Transfer (BOT) basis in Kannur was a first of its kind project in the Kerala state to be successfully completed and maintained by a private firm. Our commitment to deliver quality products coupled with timely maintenance services have helped us in building a long term trust and relationship with the customers.

Traffic Police City Surveillance

In co-ordination with the municipal authorities and the police department, Southern Electronics undertook the installation and maintenance of public and traffic CCTV surveillance systems at various towns of Kerala by the year 2015.

The project involves setting up of close circuit cameras (PTZ) at major town intersections and busy streets and setting up of control room from where the police can view the camera feeds and take necessary actions.
